Política de envío

All products are shipped out of COLORADO, USA. All apparel orders will be shipped within 7-14 BUSINESS days of ordering ( this means I have up to 14 business days to make/ package your order THEN it will be shipped! ). Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days once shipped. Once your order is shipped it is out of my control and in the hands of the postal service. If you have tracking inquiries, you will need to contact them directly so they can best serve you. If the order says "delivered" by carrier there is NOTHING SIMPLE ART STUDIO is responsible for or can do, you must work with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: SIMPLE ART STUDIO has just recently started accepting orders from across the globe. Shipping rates are determined and shipped via USPS or DHL or provider available. A flat rate 10% processing fee will be added to all international packages. Priority Mail International is only offered for international orders as it has insurance and protection in case it gets lost. 

***We are not responsible for any international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery.  If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost.***
